Properties: White powder. Little bitter. Density is 2.00. Soluble in alcohol, lightly soluble in water. No pollution to final products. Stabilization storage. ETU has little tendency to scorch, a high degree of processing safety and enables proper vulcanization to be attained speedily at normal vulcanizing temperatures. Presents characteristics vulcanization kinetics and gives the vulcanization with excellent physical properties (high tensile strength, low compression set, large plasticity and good heat resistance).
Application: Special accelerator for adhesive products. 1,3-Ethylene thiourea(ETU) can be used in wire, cable, rubber tube, rubber shoes, boots, raincoats and other products, also used in fine chemical crystalline intermediates, antioxidants, insecticides, dyes pharmaceuticals and synthetic resins.
Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bag, paper with plastic film bag, kraft paper bag.
Storage: The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight. The validity is 1 year normal conditions.
